| 1. | Check the FAQs to see if your problem is addressed there

| 2. | Make sure that you have the latest version of 3D-FTP installed. You can find out the version number by selecting menu Help > About. Compare that version number to the currently available latest downloadable version shown at our website, http://3dftp.com/download.htm

| 1. | Select menu Help > Contacting Support

| 2. | Turn Reporting Mode ON and close the window
|
| 3. | Perform necessary steps to repeat the problem
|
| 4. | Select menu Help > Contacting Support again
|
| 5. | Click the Create Report button
|
| 6. | Copy the report to a clipboard by clicking the Copy to Clipboard button and paste it into an email message with the detailed description on what you were doing when you received the error
|
| 7. | Use the Support Form at http://3dftp.com/contact_support.htm to send the report to us
