If you encounter technical problems with 3D-FTP, follow this procedure:

1.Check the FAQs to see if your problem is addressed there  
2.Make sure that you have the latest version of 3D-FTP installed. You can find out the version number by selecting menu Help > About. Compare that version number to the currently available latest downloadable version shown at our website, http://3dftp.com/download.htm  

If you still cannot find solution to your problem, follow this procedure:

1.Select menu Help > Contacting Support  
2.Turn Reporting Mode ON and close the window  
3.Perform necessary steps to repeat the problem  
4.Select menu Help > Contacting Support again  
5.Click the Create Report button  
6.Copy the report to a clipboard by clicking the Copy to Clipboard button and paste it into an email message with the detailed description on what you were doing when you received the error  
7.Use the Support Form at http://3dftp.com/contact_support.htm to send the report to us
